The "Swiss Top" company of German citizen Dirk Schmidt intends to invest about 25 million dollars in a project for a holiday villa complex and a golf course in Kaspichan municipality under the trademark of "Bulgaria Exclusive".
The terrain of the golf court had to be the village of Kalugeritsa; the start of the project - in April, and the finish - 4 years later. Another 10 still non-existing golf villas were posted for sale as pictures on the website of the state company "Engel and Völkers", also owned by Schmidt. The golf villas will be built directly next to the 18-hole golf course, which corresponds to the international standards, near a 5-star hotel, on a slope surrounded by charming landscape, says the advertisement.
