The Construction of the Demonstration Golf Zone near Stara Zagora Begins
Right before Easter EskiZara company honoured people from Stara Zagora with a really beautiful gesture. With respect to public disposition, right before the most important orthodox feast, it changed the name of its project from EskiZara to Zagora Golf. Soon begins the construction of the demonstration zone.

It consists of 5 buildings with 22 apartments, with 2 bedrooms each, sized152 to 165 sq.m.

The project includes building of a holiday village, a golf cource, a rest and business complex. It also intends to open around 500 work places and improve the infrastructure. The project will lead to an increase of tax incomes and profits from selling merchandise and services in the whole region, writes "Natsionalna Biznes Poshta" newspaper.

The golf cource will be located on a terrain of 400 acres, there will be constructed also a golf cource, a hotel coplex and shopping places, a balneology centre, over 500 residential buildings and a complex for relax and entertainment. There will also be a business park built - with offices for high-tech firms.

The time term for the stage building of this project is 5 years. In 2007 10 million euro was invested into the purchase of 1500 sq.km. of land in the region of Pryaporets and Borilovo. The land was needed for realization of the project. The main investments about this exceptional gain for the region of Stara Zagora, come from Great Britain.

The investment, needed for the next stage of the project, is considered to be 26 million euro. The realization of the project will also attract a lot of tourists - golf-lovers.

The initiators expect a big number of foreign tourists, considering not only the exquisite potentialities, which Zagora Golf will offer. Besides the wonderful conditions, which the complex will provide, the initiators are convinced that the guests will also be attracted to the 8000-year history and the rich culture of our city, where can be seen Neolithic dwellings, roman mosaics and an amphitheatre, which, with its central location, is literally a door to the treasures of Bulgaria - Perperikon. The valley of thracian tsars, the megalith near Buzovgrad village, the Valley of Roses, the Black sea coast and our beautiful mountains. Investors also count on the healing powers of one of the six highest-quality thermal mineral baths in our country; the soft climate and the opportunities of fast and easy access to our city from every direction of our country.
